Gardening With Sarah!

Hi everyone! This week is the last week of term until the holidays! I'm super excited, Anyways... today a very nice lady called Sarah (pronounced S-EA-RAH-) came to do some enviroschools with us! First Chris split us into groups, then one group at a time came up to plant some seed's. Chris also let us come up to get a bunch of seeds out of leaves. then we would put the seeds in a line, get some tape and stick it over them to that they would stay on so that we could pick them off and plant them. We had a LOT of fun, well... I did at least. When we went up with Sarah, she taught us a Karakia that we didn't know. Then we got some seeds and planted them so that we could let them grow! This is a picture of her teaching us and a picture of her,

Her,
And this is me and some other kids gardening with me,

Me,

We had so much fun doing this and are hoping to do this a lot more often! Hope you enjoyed this post!

My College!

Hello everyone! Today I have finished my Collage! It looks really funny and I gave it a name, It's name is Fredzig, such a bEaUtIfUl name right? I started working on him a while ago, I might as well show you, Here he is!
Isn't he beautiful? I used a dolphin tail, a zebra body, a tiger bottom, a elephant ear, owl wings, and a shark head to make him! the thing in his mouth is a fat seal, you know how sometimes people come to their date with a rose in their mouth and give it to them? Well he used a seal instead. I dressed him up with a bow tie, a hat, some shoes, sunglasses and a tie on his tail. Have you done a college? If not you should try one!

This Weeks Jobs!

This week the Year 5's and 6's had camp, that meant us Year 4's had to take over. They do a lot of jobs when they are here, and we had to make sure we did those jobs. The good part is that we get to practise because soon we would have to do those jobs every week as well. The jobs we were doing were Whanau Time and Assembly, Bikes, PE Shed, Peer Mediation, And Flags. It was so fun! Since the Year 5's and 6's were gone it was pretty peaceful, because they are as noisy as screaming elephants! I'm not lying, anyways, my favourite job was the PE shed job. It was AMAZING! I also loved doing Whanau Time and Assembly. I heard the Year 5's and 6's went to Orana Park and saw Lions! It sounded amazing, I'm excited for our camp its probably going to be so fun!

El Gregoe's amazing MAGIC

Hi Everyone! Yesterday on Wednesday, we had an AMAZING magician come to our school! He involved a lot of animals in his tricks. His name was El Gregoe. He could pull birds out of pictures! make parrots appear out of scarfs, he could make things disappear and so much more!! It was like his magic was real magic, he even had a grey parrot that comes from Africa! How amazing is that!? Here are some of the pictures of the birds and parrots,
They were so amazing! the girl with the short blonde hair was his wife Sue, she helped out. Anyways, you know how most magicians pull rabbits out of hats, El Gregoe showed that a bucket was empty, then he shook it and pulled a rabbit out of it! The rabbits name was Fluffy Bum because it was very fluffy.
He got a few kids up to help him with tricks and he made a little boy float! Here are pictures,
WOW! He really was a magician, he did something with drinks and a little girl that literally twisted my mind, he also made a pot of water never stop pouring. Speaking of water, he even made a senior come up and see if she could trust him, he poured water into these two cups and they held the cups above their heads and spun around slowly and did dance moves and suddenly, they poured the cups of water on their heads but... there was no water! My favourite part was when he pulled a parrot out of a scarf! It was a rainbow parrot and there is a picture of it flapping its wings up where the pictures of the parrots are, I loved the show, and I bet everyone else in the school did as well, i'm excited to see if next year he will come again. Thank you for taking your time to read this post! Maybe you will meet him? Hope you enjoyed!
