Our SECOND Egg-speriment
Hi everyone! Yesterday on Thursday, we went and tried again. Remember the last "Egg-speriment"? and how we still had another week? Well, this is our second time. We left the eggs in the glass jars for six whole days. This time we tried three eggs instead of two. The egg shells dissolved as we thought. We got two meter rulers and a spare empty Tote Tray to bounce the eggs in. Sadly there was only videos and the videos won't work, but one of the eggs was like it would never splat, we tried up to about sixty or sixty five centimetres until it broke, it was one of the white vinegar ones. We did it for the school challenge if you cant remember and Mrs King set the challenge. If you are from another school maybe you could do the challenge or you could do it for fun at home with your family members!

Our Fun Egg-speriment!
Hi everyone! Last week we had an announcement that our class challenge was to bounce a raw egg, our principal gave us a tiny hint, "It might take some time" That was the hint. Mrs Hickford asked us if anyone knows a way we could try. Some people said sugar water and soup, others said vinegar in a glass jar. We tried the vinegar one, we got two eggs, and two different types of vinegar. We put Malt Vinegar in one glass, then we put White vinegar in the other. We put the eggs in and waited a few days. Here are some pictures,
We had so much fun! A few days later we took out the eggs and felt them, they were squishy and you could kinda see the yolk, then we talked how it felt and we rubbed the dissolved shell off of the egg, we then got told to go outside, but I stayed close to Mrs Hickford and she started bouncing one of the eggs on the table then dropped it on the ground and... IT EXPLODED!!! Eww! Mr Abbott was outside so I told him about it and then a lot of kids in my class came inside and saw the yucky disaster on the floor. Then we cleaned most of it and went outside onto the concrete, because that's where we had to bounce it. We got a meter ruler and put an ice cream container there, first we dropped it from 10 center meters, and it bounced, then we tried 20 center meters but it didn't make it. At least we still had a few days, but today we got told we still have another week to try! Keep safe everyone! Maybe you could try bouncing a raw egg?
